Coconut Rough

Instructions

  • 150g  90% Dark Chocolate

  • 2 ½ tbsp  Coconut Oil

  • ⅔ cup  Coconut Desiccated

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth

  2. Add desiccated coconut and combine

  3. Spread evenly on a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 30 - 60 minutes to set

  4. Slice in desired sized pieces and serve. I recommend storing in the freezer to keep it firm
